Toons Bridge Dairy makes cheese and farms buffalo in West Cork. 

The Real Olive Company imports, makes, retails and wholesales the finest Mediterranean foods. We are literally market leaders, having established ourselves in Cork's English Market in 1993 and then travelling the length and breadth of Irelands food markets selling olives and other traditional Mediterranean foods.

We had the bright idea in 2009 to import water buffalo and make Irelands first buffalo mozzarella, and we now make over 15  in our artisan dairy in West Cork.
