We cook pizzas in a wood fired oven in the garden of the shop at our dairy in the old creamerybuilding in the village of Toonsbridge, Inchigeelagh in Cork at the weekends. We make traditional long fermentation "biga" dough that is light, airy and highly digestible, with toppings from our market stalls and of course all the cheese is made right on site in our dairy. We have a beautiful garden you can sit in to eat, weather permitting.
