• In Spanish, this tuna is known as "Bonito del Norte", meaning Tuna of the North. In Ireland we refer to it as Blue Fin Tuna, and it is usually caught in the North Atlantic
  

• This tuna is considered to be the best, with a paler, softer and more flavoursome meat than Skipjack and Yellowfin Tuna.
  

• Ideal in pasta dishes, salads and sandwiches, or just eat as it is. This product comes in two sizes, small 115g or big 230g
