We make our buffalo mozzarella using milk from our herd of buffalo. It has a creamy, slightly sweet and tangy taste with a beautiful melt in the mouth texture. It has been awarded 2 stars in the Great Taste awards 2023.
Delicious on its own, it also goes perfectly in salads, on bread or paired with fresh tomatoes, basil and our 12 year balsamic vinegar.
Mozzarella should be eaten as fresh as possible which is why this product is collection only. We need to give the dairy enough time to make your order so that you receive the freshest Mozzarella possible.
