We make our buffalo ricotta using the whey from the cheese making process. This means it's a fully pasteurised cheese that is best enjoyed fresh!

It's a wonderful creamy light fluffy cheese that shows off the fabulous flavour of the buffalo milk and wonderful to eat as it is.

Ideal for using in baking and cooking instead of cream or alongside anti pastis
