The Maluentu Conchiglie, are a completely original pasta shape on the market, their particular shape is inspired by the shells found on the beach on the island of Mal di ventre (Malu 'entu in Sardinian), a few miles from the coast of the Sinis Peninsula.
It expertly captures light sauces, broths, and creamy textures, making it ideal for soups, pasta salads, and simple Mediterranean dishes.
