We make our Mozzarella with fresh pasteurised cow's milk, supplied to us by local dairy farmers.

Very creamy taste with a melt in the mouth texture that is perfect for eating as it is, serving with tomatoes and basil or having in a sandwich.

Mozzarella should be eaten as fresh as possible which is why this product is collection only. We need to give the dairy enough time to make your order so that you receive the freshest mozzarella possible.
