We make this ricotta using the whey from the cheese making process. This means it's a fully pasteurised cheese that is best enjoyed fresh!

It's a wonderful sweet, creamy, light fluffy cheese that is great on its own.

Ideal for using in baking and cooking instead of cream or alongside anti pastis
