Origin: Made in our Dairy at Toons Bridge, Macroom, West Cork

Our Cultured Butter is churned from cream collected from the morning's cheese-making. 

The cream is therefore ripened with the same lactic bacteria as the mozzarella, producing a highly flavoured deliciously sour butter that won 2 stars in the Great Taste awards 2025.

Great for cooking, baking or simply spread on good bread and enjoy!
