  • This 6 month aged manchego cheese is produced in the La Mancha region of Spain from sheep's milk. 

  • The cheese has a distinctive flavour, well developed, creamy with a slight piquancy, and leaves an aftertaste that is characteristic of sheep's milk.

  • It has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture. It is perfect with crackers, a must on a cheeseboard or ideal to spice up a sandwich.

  • The cured manchego is slightly stronger taste than the semi cured making it a perfect cheese for lovers of stronger flavours but still won't over power you.

  • Weight may vary between 180g to 200g
