- We make our hummus with chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and extra virgin olive oil
- We've taken great influence from the traditional Lebanese recipes, including more tahini than contemporary hummus recipes, creating a delicious, thick, rich and zingy hummus.
- Use as a dip with crudités or crisps, as a spread on sandwiches or crackers, on an antipasti board with cheeses and meats, or dollop onto a garden salad for extra texture. Best served at room temperature!
