These olives are grown by Piero Intini and his family in their olive groves in the famous Trulli area of Alberobello, Puglia. We have been buying from this family for over 20 years
Medium-to-intense fruitiness, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, and notes of chicory and almond. Making it a wonderful olive oil for those who like a stronger flavour and enjoy using olive oil to enhance their flavours while cooking.
