  • This cheese has a nutty, salty and aromatic flavour, which is beautifully paired with the rosemary rind which can be eaten with the cheese. 

  • Looks great on a cheeseboard, served with dried fruits, nuts as well as going perfectly with a selection of cured meats and a glass of red wine. A must try for any cheese lover looking for something unusual!
