Origin: Made in our Kitchen in Bandon, Cork.

  • To create this rich tapenade, we use Black Moroccan olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers, garlic, rosemary, salt and Extra Virgin olive oil. 

  • It has a chunkier texture which is great for dipping bread into. This tapenade is rich and flavoursome with no bitterness. 

  • Use as a spread or dip, as a pasta sauce, in vinaigrette, or dollop over salads.  Best served at room temperature
Note: The olives used to make this tapenade are carefully pitted, but be cautious as there can be the occasional stone.
