  • This 3 month aged manchego cheese is produced in the La Mancha region of Spain from sheep's milk. 

  • The cheese has a distinctive flavour, creamy with a slight piquancy, and leaves an aftertaste that is characteristic of sheep's milk.

  • It has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture. It is perfect with crackers, a must on a cheeseboard or ideal to spice up a sandwich.

  • The semi cured manchego is slightly sweeter in taste than the cured making it a perfect cheese for lovers who enjoy a lighter younger cheese. 

  • Weight may vary between 180g to 200g
