• Our Reserva Sherry Vinegar has a beautiful mahogany colour, a well-rounded flavour and a smooth finish, with rich woody aromas.
  
  
• Use in dressings and cooking for a slightly sweet aged-wine flavour, and an exciting alternative to Balsamic vinegar.
