We make our Smoked Scamorza with fresh pasteurised cow's milk, supplied to us by local dairy farmers.
This is an aged mozzarella, which means the scamorza has a firmer texture and slightly stronger taste. Once the scamorza is aged, we then smoke it to get it a deep smokey taste.
The ageing makes it perfect for melting on pizzas, toasties or on top of pasta dishes!
