Origin: Made in our Dairy at Toons Bridge, Macroom, West Cork.

Our stracciatella is made once we have made our mozzarella, we then hand shred foir di latte and mix with high quality cream to create this delicious product! It's traditionally what goes inside the middle of burrata and is a delicious and versatile product to have in the kitchen. 

Great on pizzas and flat breads for an extra creamy flavour. Alternatively mix into pasta dishes for a creamy sauce. Also delicious as it is spread on toast with tomatoes and basil!
