Our Loomi is made with cow's milk and vegetarian rennet. This is a frying cheese that does not melt, just like Halloumi. Best results are where you cut 1cm wide strips and fry on each side to get a gentle browning.
It has a wonderful salty, tangy rich flavour that won it a star in the Great Taste awards 2025
Once cooked our Loomi is delicious in salads, sandwiches or as it is with some hot honey drizzled over it! Great for a BBQ and as a vegetarian alternative.
