They are handmade, one by one. They are also vegan and made exclusively with natural, 100% plant-based ingredients, with no artificial colours or preservatives.
Their shape is the classic irregular round, with a soft, caramelised, toasted hue. They are thin and have a very special, flaky texture, impossible to replicate through mechanised processes.
Its flavour is primarily olive oil and anise. This makes it a light, natural, and healthy snack.
