We make our Scamorza with fresh pasteurised cow's milk, supplied to us by local dairy farmers.

This is an aged mozzarella, which means the Scamorza has a firmer texture and slightly stronger taste.

It also makes it perfect for melting on pizzas, toasties or on top of pasta dishes!
