Premium white Spanish tuna, line caught, cooked and put in Olive Oil
In Spanish, this tuna is known as "Bonito del Norte", meaning Tuna of the North. In Ireland we refer to it as Blue Fin Tuna, and it is usually caught in the North Atlantic
This tuna is considered to be the best, with a paler, softer and more flavoursome meat than Skipjack and Yellowfin Tuna.
Ideal in pasta dishes, salads and sandwiches, or just eat as it is.
