Spanish Meat

We work with a couple of suppliers in Salamanca who specialise in Iberico pork and particularly acorn fed products (bellota) and some in Galicia who work exclusively with Duroc breed pork. This selection of cured meats, salamis and chorizos are all of highest quality and all showcase the artisanal nature of the work put into producing them.
