Toons Bridge Cheese

We make fresh mozzarella and many other Mediterranean style cheeses in The Old Creamery in Toons Bridge, Inchigeela, West Cork. We use buffalo milk from our herd of water buffalo and local cows milk from small family farms. Toons Bridge Dairy follows natural and traditional techniques to make authentic and delicious products made daily to give you the freshest product possible. This means many of our products in this collection are for Pick Up Only to make sure you are receiving the freshest product.
