This range of cheese comes from a variety of places in Spain and Italy that have a huge tradition and pride in making certain cheeses. Our Parmigiano Reggiano comes directly from Millanello Dairy, which is a cooperative of 20 farmers in the “Terre De Canossa” where parmesan originates from.
