Spanish and Italian Cheese

This range of cheese comes from a variety of places in Spain and Italy that have a huge tradition and pride in making certain cheeses. Our Parmigiano Reggiano comes directly from Millanello Dairy, which is a cooperative of 20 farmers in the “Terre De Canossa” where parmesan originates from. Pecorino from Sardinia with unpasteurised milk made with kid rennet. Spanish Manchego and Zamora Sheep's milk cheese, some of which are raw.
